Subscription Terms
1. PRO subscription
PRO unlocks additional software features and processing capacity. The single pro entitlement applies to all supported games on Web, iOS, and Android after signing in to the same verified account.
2. Seller and purchase
On iOS, the merchant and payment processor is Apple, on Android it is Google Play, and in the browser it is Paddle via RevenueCat. Lotto Simulator does not accept bank card details.
3. Price, currency, period, and trial
Before purchase, the app displays only the current price, currency, and billing period received from the relevant seller’s Offering. No Trial is currently offered. If a seller introduces a Trial in the future, it will be shown only after it is received from a valid Offering. If a valid Offering has not loaded, purchase is blocked. The terms shown on the system or provider screen take precedence.
4. Automatic renewal
The subscription automatically renews for the selected period until the user cancels it in the merchant settings. The merchant charges the payment according to their terms and displays the final price, taxes, and available payment methods.
5. Cancellation and management
Cancellation stops future renewals, but generally keeps PRO until the end of the paid period. Management is performed through Apple, Google Play, or Paddle, depending on where you purchased. Deleting the app or logging out of your account does not cancel the subscription.
6. Recovery and new device
To restore, sign in to the same verified account with the same Supabase UUID. Purchase and restore must not transfer PRO to another account. Access opens only after server-side verification through RevenueCat.
7. Billing issues, grace periods, and pending payments
If a payment is pending, a charge fails, or the status is unconfirmed, no new access is granted. If the seller confirms a grace period for an existing subscription, PRO access may remain active until that period ends. Access closes after expiration or revocation.
8. Refunds
Lotto Simulator does not independently process or promise refunds. Requests are processed by the subscription seller—Apple, Google Play, or Paddle—according to their terms and conditions and applicable law.
9. Changes
The new terms apply to future purchases and renewals to the extent permitted by the merchant and the law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
