1. Purpose of the service

Lotto Simulator is a software simulator and analytical tool. It is not a lottery or gambling operator; it does not sell tickets, does not accept bets, contributions or deposits, and does not pay out prizes.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the app, the user accepts these terms and the Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the service.

3. Account

The user is responsible for access to their email address and device. It is prohibited to share an account, impersonate another person, or attempt to access someone else's subscription. A verified permanent account is required to purchase PRO.

4. Simulations and analytics

Each official lottery draw is random and independent. Historical data, models, generators, and visualizations do not predict winnings, do not change odds, and do not constitute financial or gaming advice.

The user is responsible for verifying the official rules, dates, results, and tickets with the relevant lottery operator.

5. Acceptable use

Circumventing access restrictions, automated attacks, interfering with the application, distributing malicious code, violating the rights of others, and using the service for illegal purposes are prohibited.

6. Data and availability

The application strives to maintain up-to-date data, but delays, source errors, technical interruptions, and changes to lottery rules are possible. Functions may be changed for security, legal compliance, or service improvement.

7. Intellectual property

The program code, interface, texts, and proprietary materials of Lotto Simulator are protected by applicable law. Third-party lottery names and data are property of their respective owners. Lotto Simulator claims no official affiliation with the lottery operators.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranty of continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer's mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted in the event of a violation of terms, security threat, fraud, or legal obligation. The user may terminate use at any time; cancellation is governed by the Subscription Terms.

10. Changes and applicable law

The document date is updated when changes occur. The applicable law and forum are determined by the mandatory regulations of the operator's country and the consumer rights of the user's place of residence.
